We booked a pickup at execucar.com, confirmation 6387996 for June 27, 2015 at 3.30 a 6am flight. At 3.30 sedan was no show. Called the 1800 number for a status of our car, was put in hold for 5 minutes. Called again waited on hold again, this time was told the car is "3 miles away and will arrive in 10 minutes". When I checked the map locator the assigned car was in San Jose Campbell area at least 20 minutes away. We had to drive our own car park in long term parking at 20$ a day for a 14 days trip! We barely made the flight! No word from the company on a refund as we were charged in full at booking time for this mess, not to mention any apology or reimbursement for the hundreds of $ in long term parking fees! Do Not use this service it is unreliable and most likely you won't see your money back if anything goes wrong with your pickup!

Regarding the comment made on my report by Robert on june 27.
I WAS WRITING THE REPORT ON MY IPHONE WHILE WAITING IN LINE AT THE GATE COUNTER OF THE UNITED FLIGHT!
So YEAH it is possible to have a 5.20 AM TIME STAMP! THE FLGHT DEPARTED AT 6AM!
Get your math stright: the long term parking at SFO is 20$ a day. This is what it said on the little sign at the long term parking garage at SFO when we pulled our car in.
Drive there check what it says at the parking enrty. Multiply by 14 days we will be out and see that it amounts to 280$.
Even if it was 18$ it ampunts to 252$ for the duration!
I fail to see why i should be nice and give the company that costed us 280$ for parking, plus took their fee for the transport in advance for a pickup they didnt make AND to top it all up it could have costed us the flight, had we not had the possibility and presence of spirit to drive ourselves, more time to respond.
They did not give us the chance to get to the airport as we planned and paid for and costed us money that we didnt plan to pay on long term parking, after all that is why we booked execucar car service. Never again!

- Of course there isn't any word...you gave them not more than a couple hours on a weekend before 6AM. Don't you think before blasting a company on the Internet you give them a bit more time?
Now you didn't specifically say what airport but for Long Term Parking
SFO - $18/day
OAK - $16/day
San Jose - $15/day
So your $20 a day is another exaggeration.
