Express Consolidation ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam Delray Florida

Bounced checks, Late or no payments made. I now have 2 creditors that have sent my accounts to collections, due to missed or bounced checks. When I contacted express consolidation, I keep getting told the payments are in the mail.

And to be patient. My credit rating is in worst shape now, than before. One creditor will not do anymore business with express.
So I have to pay them out of my own pocket. Plus deal with a "Charge off" on my credit report. Don't know what to do.
