I took my car in to Express Tire to replace a tire. They said the control rod was bent and charged me $800. When I was pulling out of their lot the tire fell off and my daughter and I were almost killed in traffic. They didn't care at all about us but began trying to cover up their mistake. Eventually they agreed to pay for the damage, but since then have ignore my phone calls and have done nothing to pay for the costly repairs.
