Express Tire and Goodyear Tire Corporation no customer service, no respect

Express Tire is located at the end of our dirt road. They installed a new sprinkler system into the grass that separates our road and their business. The sprinkler system was out of wack and was spraying our dirt road causing SEVERE damage to that section of our road. After 2 weeks of dealing with corporate Express Tire I was told it was "not their problem" and that I would have to deal with Goodyear Tire who they lease from. I was asked by the president of Express Tire why I let it get so bad and suggested that I "just go down to Home Depot and spend $100 and fill the holes". DO NOT go to Express Tire for any service, they do a horrible job, have no customer service, and a complete lack of respect for peoples property!!!!
