I ordered an exaust on 3/19. The Express Auto Parts site advises that those parts are IN STOCK I requested expeditious fulfillment, as i drive to work. they charged my card on 3/21, but never sent the parts. every time i inquired (every week), they sent the following message:

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised that due to a manufacturer back order at the warehouse level, regrettably your order will not ship out for an additional 3-6 days. We apologize for this delay on your order with us, and will do everything to get this order out to you as soon as possible.

Shipment tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.

they had a 800 # posted on the site, but never answered it. it has been removed.

When i demanded immediate service or i would call my state Attorney general, they responded with the following_

"Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised that due to a manufacturer back order at the warehouse level, regrettably your order will not ship out for an additional 10 days. We apologize for this delay on your order with us, and will do everything to get this order out to you as soon as possible.

Shipment tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.".

At that point, i cancelled the order, never realizing that they'd had my money (for 6 weeks), until my statement came. now, it seems that they have a billing service in Connecticut that actually billed the card, However, they charged NYS tax, so it is apparently for the NY address.
