BAIT and SWITCH at it's finest! STAY AWAY!!
 
Bought lines bifocals a year ago on their 2 for $99 special. I was happy.
 
So, today I go in for a new exam and new glasses. This time I picked out one set of frames just like the old ones (part of the $99 special) and decided to upgrade the 2nd pair soI picked out a nice Flex frame. I totally understand that pair will cost more...even was charged "full price" for the lenses ($58.50). Okay, I understand.
 
But for the cheaper frames they said I would NOW have to pay HAVE to pay FULL price for the lenses (another $58.50.) In other words since I chose one set up frames that cost more (I even "upgraded" them since they would be my primary pair) all the components of this "package" NOW costs more. THAT IT WRONG!
 
GET THIS!! ... If I were to get two cheaper frames they would cost a TOTAL of $99. But now with ONE more expensive frame the cost for the 2nd (cheaper) would be OVER $100!!
 
THAT IS BAIT AND SWITCH! THAT IS WRONG!!

I, Dennis, contacted the customer service office via the internet to discuss what I believed was being communicated to me at the local EyeMart office.

A representative, Taylor, understand the problem immediately and offered to correct it.

After a phone call by Talor to the manager of EyeMart Express in Eugene I returned and purchased the 2 pair of eyeglasses originally selected at a corrected price...almost identical to the price I should have been charged on the first visit.

Thank, Tayor.

Lesson learned....contact people higher up.
