EZ Loan Protection Extra Cash Now Unauthorize Use Internet

Wow what can I say? I thought at first the $34 NSF fee was just a bank error. I know that I had nothing else coming through my bank account when I checked it online. I had tiny little items that were pending, but I had enough funds to cover it. I called my bank and they stated that a $30 check from ez loan protection attempted to come through however, the funds were not there so it was rejected. I advised the bank that this company has no authorization to go into my account and take money out. I have never heard of them and want to know how to resolve this. The banker explained to me that I would need to bring the account balance to $0 and then close the account because my account info has been jeopardized. I asked the banker so what will happen to my pending charges. Come to find out that each one of those I will get a $34 overdraft fee. I called the # of 888-897-8045 and an automated system said to go to customersupportsection.com to file a ticket. However, there is no such a website. I am so upset that these people just screwed up my account like this. What hurts even more is that it's around Christmas and I have so many things to worry about now. I want this company to pay me back every fee my bank charged then leave me the hell alone.
