EZ Loan Protection debt2wealth.com made unauthorized withdraw from my bank account based in Washington, Utah

An $30 unauthorized transaction appeared on my bank account today in the form of a check.  I called my bank immediately and the provided me with the name of a company called EZ Loan Protection (866-234-8841). 

It took me forever to actually get connected with someone and when I did they were not very helpful.  They said it was for loan protection (which I did not apply for).  I demanded a refund immediately to which they said they would do.  However, it would take 7-10 business days to complete.  I was livid!  They said it took time to process the request.  The gal knew I was not pleased and passed me to her superior.  All during this phone call I could hear numerous operators in the background.  I knew this was a scam! 

The superior I spoke was horrible.  She could not provide me with much more information.  She threw out two company names:  EZ Loan Protection and Debt2Wealth.  I told her I did not authorize any such transaction to which she replied, "well you must have because we have your information". 

She gave me a second number of 888-897-8045 which she said was EZ Loan Protection, with an address of 1055 W. Wells C-525, Washington, Utah 84740.  I have tried to locate this company online and can't find anything.

I did telephone the second number and spoke to a guy who said he showed the "protection I ordered" was canceled.  When I said I never ordered any protection, all he said was, "I see - well you will get a refund in 3-12 business days".

This is horrible!  After looking more on this site, I see MANY reports on this company for the same $30 transaction.  All taking place within the past week.  Now I am faced with having to close down my account that I have had for over 20 years because of these people.  I have no idea if my money will be refunded.  I am betting that it won't.  I tried to find something on the BBB website...nothing.

I am not going to take this.  I am going to call every office I can until these people are taken down.  This should not be able to happen to people!
