EZ Loans took $30.00 out of my checking account unauthorized via the , Internet

I was looking at my checking account and noticed $30.00 taken out of my account.  I called my bank to get the information on this withdraw.  I was given a phone # to call of 888-897-8045 and have been trying to call it all day.  I keep getting the recording that I have called after their business hours and that I could contact them immediately at www.customersuportservices.com, so I went to that website.  There are no phone #'s or anything.  Only information to fill out your name and how they heard of you?  I completed the form as well.  Of course I had never heard of them so I did not have an answer for that so I put a note that said you stole money from my checking account.  I still have not heard an answer from them.  I also contacted my bank to issue a stop payment but I will be charged $25. from my bank to stop pmt on my account.  So in the end I will save myself $5. and they will not ever be able to take money out of my account again.
