EZ Loans Scam,Rip Off, Warning, Bad company,Bad Credit loans,No credit loans, Arizona, EZ, EZ Money Phoenix Arizona

So my wife & I were looking for loans just to pay some bills. And my wife came across this company called "EZ Loans" But the company has been to known to change their name quite frequently which I just recently discovered. The company seemed legit and very professional. They had authoraztion codes & so on. They wanted me to send them $250.00 by Western Union. But I had to lie and say it was to a friend. So I followed along but my doubt & curiousity started to spark. Now take into consideration this is my first time ever doing this or getting a loan. Before I was approved I spoke to a Joseph Sinnon. But he then told me I will be speaking with his manager. Now this is all going well right? So I thought, I then speak with Sabrina Wilson the manager of the company. And she walks me through this process. Now this is what really grabbed my attention. She tells me to lie to the bank when they call & say its a personal loan from a friend. But when he called I told him what she told me to say & that I thought something was wrong. And he then says he has to report it to the higher authorities & hold the money. I tell him okay go ahead I understood. I then call Sabrina back stating what happened & she gets irate saying & I quote " Oh my god what did you do? And starts getting quite ill" I then realize this has to be a scam. But I keep letting her talk. I asked for my $250.00 back & she says you have to pay $698.00 & she has to pay $900.00 on her end. But I have to do it first. I then declined immediatly and told her I was reporting her to BBB. And she gets extremely upset. I hang up & she starts calling me back to back. Very unprofessional right? Well I don't know how to get my $250.00 back at all from Western Union since some one already claimed it. And speaking of this. The company in located in Arizona so they say. But they wanted me to Westen Union the money to Cherokee,NC to a Mary Maney. Now thats really odd. But I go to Western Union & they claim that the money was already picked up by the indivisual. I then do some research of my own. I found out that the bank that called me claiming to be The American Bank. But why did you call from a blocked number? And when they called the 3rd time it was as the following number. 800 and that is it! So I called up and actual American Bank & they claim they have no money in their systems at all. And not only that. But the man I spoke to was not even affilated with them! I listen to my backgrounds & I picked up the background noise. The supposed loan comapany & the bank sound to all be in the same building! But is there any way for me to get my money back from Western Union? I have the receipt & the copy of the paper claiming it was picked up. How do I sue a company that isn't even real?
