I emailed them about the phone not working as advertised, but, got no answer back and when I called a few weeks later to ask about the disposition of the return, they said the 30 rule would apply.  I think it should apply on the date of my email.  I merely wanted to exchange it and pay for the additional shipping. 

I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are very difficult to work with and have no regard for their customers.  I was willing to work with them, but, their customer service agent(who barely spoke English) was intransigent.  Go somewhere else.
