Fairbanks Capital, Equicredit Stole my house rip-off con-artists took us for all we had Salt Lake City Utah

I am reporting this fraud for my neighbor whom does not have internet access. Equicredit sold her mortgage without thier knowlegde to Fairbanks Capital Corp. They did not get any calls or letters but did have a man that showed at their door and wanted to see if they still lived there.

This man told them that Equicredit sold their mortgage to Fairbanks and he was hired to see if anyone still lived at thier house. He gave them a slip of paper with Fairbanks phone number and told them to call them.

They tried numerous times to contact Fairbanks and even left messages but no one contacted them back. They never got a payment book or anything else in the mail to let them know where they should send the monthly mortgage payments.

Now six months later Fairbanks is evicting them out of thier house that they have had for 10 years. Fairbanks gave them the option of moving in 14 days or they will evict them in three days and put thier items out on the curb and will change the locks.
