Fairbanks Capitol Corporation famous costumer service Are Thieves ripoff fraudulent ripoff business Salt Lake City Utah

I have read all the reports on fairbanks, i also have a problem with fairbanks, the same problem that everybody has with fairbanks.I have been dealing with fairbanks for over 3 years, my problems started since they took my loan over from contimortgage.

MY problems for one is the insurance, they dont or they wont stop charging me for insurance that i already had. second leaving or losing payments that i have already sent. Just recently i got a summons from my home state of new mexico basically saying i was behind on four payments OCT0 2 thru jan0 3.

I called fairbanks famous costumer service they told me that these problems stemmed from missing a mar payment(deja vu i was called then and i paid) Honestly i paid because i didnt want trouble with my mortgage. WRONNGGG. since the first time everytime we have made a payment we had called to verify and ensure that our payments recieved and posted, in addition we were faxing and asking about,our insurance, at this time last year i just had it my payments were going up i had alot more questions than answers, we were sent to one person to another until i got frustrated.good tactic they have no answers my gut feeling then was it doesnt matter what i say or pay they want my house,well here is how it stands as i look back you question these dirtbags there only recourse is foreclosure thats what they want.

back to my summons the lady (jody so she says) wants $4000+atty fees in my summons it was far less whats asked for in summons, my jan03 payment wasnt enough so they kicked it back my dec payment no proof, i had wired all this money. dec 02 i admit i had misplaced and iam waiting for a copy in mail. also i hadnot recieved billing statements she asked me how come i wasnt reading my billing statements, inever got any and i wasnt really concerned because we called them every month and i didnt answer her. that nite i found out that western union did not have my payment who else would of taken it, later that day i recieve a billing statement from nov 02 stating i was 1 month behind.with this conversation and what happened that day i got an atty, i called the ftc, called the district atty in nm and in fl, the fbi.

Fairbanks is trying to cover their tracks with my account, and iam sure many others. all i can say is i got a taperecorder, getting as much documentation as i can, iam trying to refinance iam sure fairbanks is really helping me in that matter, and last but not least iam gonna fight this, fairbanks is crooked and iam really getting to hate them, in fact if they were on fire i wouldnt piss on them thats how much i hate them.
