Cashed Check in the improper amount not written on check. Charged a late fee.Lost check and told to remitt another and then they found the first check and tried cashing it after a stop payment had been placed and then charged a late fee when the check obviously didn't go thru.

Said they didn't received the thrid check and reported 90 days late to the credit bureaus reducing my chances of ever refinancing and getting out of this finnacial nightmare!

They continually send me my statement 3 days after my payment is due and ever month they post my check after the 16th (when my check is due) even though I mail it on the 1st with Post Office Confirmation.
