Last year my husband and I paid Decker Randolph the owner of Faithful Real Estate Properties $600 to join his No Credit Check Program to purchase our 1st home. We was excited to become homeowners and we decided to move to Gulfport Ms from New Orleans La. In September 2014 we agreed to pay Mr Randolph a total of $8000.00 down payment so we can have a cheaper house note. We lived in a hotel and sometimes with a couple friends for the time we have been out of a place to live. We just moved into a 3 bedroom apartment because we was homeless for 6 months. After realizing Mr Randolph was lying to us we decided to ask for our refund of the down payment which is $8000.00. He told us in 30 days we will have our money. Well its been almost 2 months and we still haven't received our money. My husband talk to Mr Randolph on March 26 2015 and he promised to meet my husband with $4000.00 which is half of our $8000.00 and we would receive the other half within a few days. He said his lender made a mistake with the refund which is all lies. My husband tried calling him today which is March 27 2015. He has been ignoring my husband calls all day. We are really hurt and disappointed in Mr Randolph because I have know him for some years since childhood and we never would have thought we would be scammed by Mr Randolph.  I would not trust Mr Randolph or FAITHFUL Real Estate Properties!
