Decker Randolph Owner/CEO Faithful Real Estate Properties, LLC advertised that he has a mentorship program where he teaches persons to buy and sell real estate. He also advertise that he and his partners will provide financing for funding these deals. The fee is $1700 which he states he will fund three of your deal. I had signed up for this because I had deals that I needed funded.
On July 3, 2015 I made the first payment towards the program. I submitted a deal to Mr. Randolph and he assured me that he and his partner would be able to fund it. He said I would need to pay points (lenders fee) before they could fund it. He said with my deal it would cost $1200.00, $260 for the application fee and $205 for the insurance of the funds and the funding would we wired to my account within 6 days.
I remitted all these monies to Decker Randolph. Two weeks went by and no money came to my account I inquire what was going and kept getting excuses. The deal fell through because he did not provide the funding and I request a refund for the lenders fee since no transaction took place. It has been one (1) year now and still no word from Decker! He will not answer my calls and text messages. I have requested a full refund but unable to locate Decker Randolph. Please stay away from Faithful Real Estate properties, LLC AKA Decker Randolph!

This clearly shows that every SCAMMER is a LIAR! To date I have not receive a dime from Decker Randolph/Faithful Properties Real Estate. Everyone Please STAY AWAY from this LIAR/SCAMMER!

To whom it may concern, In this Rebuttal we at Faithful Real Estate Properties will shed light on this report which was filed by one of our students we mentor and educate "How to Wholesale and Flip Houses" As stated in her Report we entered and agreement with this student on July 3, 2015, she was interested in enrolling in our Real Estate Mentorship Program. She enrolled and we started educating her on how to Flip and Wholesale her first deal. Our student contacted and emailed to us a potential real estate flip she needed funded by our private hedge fund lenders. Mr. Decker Randolph informed her that their are certain fees and points that needs to be paid to our Lender group prior to getting your deal funded by them. Well all points were paid by the student but the private lender Mr. Decker Randolph assigned to her deal actually cancelled the transaction and never gave us full reasons on why he decided to not fund the deal and cancel? But all we received from that lender was "I have my reasons and I'm not funding the deal" SOUND because she was our student and we was 100% responsible for the success of all our students we at Faithful Real Estate Properties refunded her tuition back to her and we funded her deal FREE NO CHARGE!!! Mr. Decker Randolph has filed federal charges against this lender and has agreed to refund what he stolen. (NO he isn't one of our private lenders no more!!!) WE hope and pray that this Rebuttal has cleared up this report and you clearly fully understand that we at Faithful Real Estate Properties will always strive for perfect customer and students relationships as we continue to grow.
