Faithful real estate properties Decker Randolph Decker Randolph took 350 on 6/2/2016 to enter a bad credit first time home buyers program and on 6/10/2016 he ask for $300 dollars more for the down payment. And toward the principal of a loan that he was getting to buy a house in Tyler for me. All I want is my money back. He lied about everything.. He got my hopes up on a house that I really wanted. So he would buy the house for me and at a later date transfer the house into my name.. I'm devastated... I don't have money to be giving to him and he's not gonna help me.. Point blank..  Hello Friends, we at Faithful Real Estate Properties take extreme pride and care to always satisfy all our customers we do business with. For over 20 years our customer service has been A+ with our clients. In this report filed by one of our customers we were working with. Before she enrolled in our No Credit Check Home Buyers Program we educated her and explain to her for over 1 hour answering ALL her questions 100% how our program can and will actually work out for her. She was informed that the $600. 00 Enrollment Membership Fee was and is Non Refundable for any reason. We contacted a license Realtor to set appointments to show her 5-12 houses we will be purchasing for her in Palm Bay, Florida. A Down Payment was NEVER taken at all. Upon us working on her file as we began the long 30 days process to a successful closing this client actually called us to say "I think you all are taking way to much time to buy my house, and I want my membership fee back" we reminded her that printed on the application in BOLD BLACK WORDS it reads "The Enrollment Membership Fee of $600 is non-refundable" and we apologize and explained how we are doing the best we can to secure a 4 bedroom house suitable for you. After that phone call we didn't hear from her since. We made countless phone calls trying to get in contact with her about a 4 bedroom house we will be buying for her. But non of our phone calls nor messages were ever returned to us from her. I hope this Rebuttal can shed light on this issue and put it to rest.
