Family Safety Supply It has been 60 days and they still have not shipped my order. Website offline now. Internet

I ordered two road cams and SD cards on Aug 10th, 2017.  I paid about $171.00.  They advertised shipping within 10 business days.  After 30 days I contacted support.  They said the items were on back order.  After 60 days I contacted them again and they said the items were still on back order.  After nearly 90 days, I went to their Shopify website again to check the status of my order and inquire again, but found their website had been taken down.  I sent an email asking for a refund and also disputed the transaction with my credit card company.
