Family Safety Supply Ordered back up camera from link on FB on 08/24/17 (Order #FSS-48377) spend 139.80 and they charged me an additional 1.12 on another day. Contacted them once at end of September. They responded and said the orders were overwhelming and they are working on production.  Internet

I ordered the back up cameras through a facebook link on 08/24/17 - Order #FSS-48377 for $139.80, they also charged me an additional $1.12 on 08/25. I ordered this product for a birthday present in early September.

I contacted them on 09/29/17 through the link: https://family-safety-supply.myshopify.com/. Now the link is not working --- it gives the response: "we'll be back". What they told me was the response for the cameras were overwhelming and they are working on production. Here it is another month later and I haven't heard a word and cannot access them through the link.

I would like to get my money back if I'm not going to receive the product. At the very least they should contact people and update them  on their orders. I never have problems ordering on-line. Seriously disappointed!!
