fansedge.com Fan's Edge Out of Stock Item Not Avaliable Poor Customer Service San Jose, California

I placed an order on fansedge.com for a custom made jersey. It was intended to be a birthday present and I assumed the gift would arrive in plenty of time since it said item ships within 5-7 days. 2 weeks after I place the order the item had still not arrived and no shipping information was avaliable to me. I got a call at night from a sales rep who informed me that my item was "no longer in stock". I requested a refund and that I was granted. It still says on the fansedge website that the item I had ordered and was later told was unavaliable is still in stock (according to the website)! This is obviously false information. I warn anyone buying jerseys, fan apparel, ect. to avoid fansedge.com They might not carry the item you are interested in and inform you weeks later. Avoid at all costs.
