I am a member of the United States Army serving on active duty at Fort Bragg NC.  I was in the process of PCSing to another duty location and was in need of a transport company to move one of my vehicles for me.  I searched online and came across a company named Auto Transport Solutions which I later found to be fraudulent.  The actual company's name is Fast Track Auto Carriers.  They do not tell you that they are only brokers and have no idea if and when your vehicle will be picked up or delivered.  They will gladly assure you that your requirements will be met in order to secure payment of the required deposit.  I spoke with them 7 days before I was set to have my vehicle picked up and was assured that everything was good to go and on schedule. On the day my truck was supposed to be picked up I didn't receive so much as a phone call or email stating that a driver was on the way to pick up my vehicle.  I had to leave town that day and by then it was too late to make other arrangements. 

When I did get in touch with someone it was supposed to be the dispatcher who told me that they could not find a driver who was willing to transport my vehicle and that they were not sure when or if they would be able to locate someone to take the job.  By that time I had already left town and had to make arrangements to have another company move the vehicle to a family members house until I could find a company to haul it for me.  They are very rude after they have your money and fabricate lies in order to cover themselves in case they are sued.  Since they are using another company's name you will not find any information about bad reviews.  Once you use the name that is printed on the contract you can find many reviews from this site as well as others from people who have similar experiences.  They are horrible to deal with and I would stay clear of them at all costs. They will also get very disrespectful with you if you try to contact them to resolve issues which they have plenty of.  They do not have any trucks and are only middle people who take a fee off the top.  If I had known this in the beginning I would have never done any business with them. 

Avoid this Company at all costs. They knowingly ripped off a service member and had no problems doing it.
