Father's Choice Took My Money and Left Me on My Own Goleta California

I contacted Father's Choice in February 2008, because I desperately wanted to be an integral part of my son's life. The representative stated that Father's Choice could defintely help me, but only after paying the $845 fee that they required. In earnest faith, I complied. Since then, the phone numbers have been disconnected, and their web address also seems to be defunct. My ex-wife and I have a court date in February 2009, and I am basically on my own at this point.

I want my money back from Father's Choice. I also want the owner(s) to suffer the consequences of taking fathers' hard-earned money, who only want to be a part of their children's lives.
