My husbans children are desperate to come live with us because their mother keeps threatening to move them even farther away from us. The minute his son turned 12 he started asking for the paper to sign.

We found Father's Choice online in October and it seemed like the way to go. After a couple of weeks, numerous calls and over $1,000, they finally sent us paperwork that was full of mistakes. They also, prepared the paperwork for the wrong county which I found out after driving 3 hours to the courhouse. Since then my husband has left multiple messages with no return call, and now most of the phone numbers we have don't even ring. The ones that do ring go to voice mail where we are told the mailbox is full. Also, emails are returned as undeliverable.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company with hopes of a refund. My only hope now is that we find a real attorney before she moves the kids away.
