My Daughter found this organization she thought would help her because they market themselves as helping military persons who have lost custody of their children. I took her word that they were reputable and paid them over $800.00 plus monthly fees. My jobs makes it difficult for me to research on my own but I felt something was strange because they made so many claims of what services they would provide and made the issue seem like a slam dunk without listening to the nature of the problem we have.
Still I was reassured time and again by Anthony Gordon our case manager and I paid the money in full. Upon paying the balance I recevied an email with a receipt from "Premier Family Services" but no documents were ever mailed to my Daughter. I have been trying to reach someone by phone for weeksd but the voicemails are alweyas full and do not accept any further calls. The website and DBA names seem to frequently change. I have sent emails and in 3 weeks receves one reply that the documents will be mailed out right away but my Daughter dosent even live there anymore.
The email comes from SBLaw.net from a person named Tyi-Rai Francis but the first email originates from another company name. It is obvious this is no more than a scam telemarketing bolier room organization that preys on low income military persons who are desperate for assistance and are being taken advantage of. If anyone out there is aware of any class action suits against these people I want to be included. I looked on the rip off report on my PDA while I was traveling but I did not find anything, it was only after I received the email receipt that used the name Premier Family services that I again search the rip off report database and found the MULTITUDE of complaints against this group that claims to be a parents advocate group.
Instead of taking my Daughter to visit her son this week I am spending my time finding another lawyer to pursue this scandalous fake organization and a reputable lawyer son my Grandson can have his Mother back in his life. Thanks Fathers Choice orwhatever your name is for hurting a little bot a little bit more than he already was by making 1 more holiday day season without his Mom and an intelligible excuse for a 5 year old as to what the delay is.
