ferrandino and son Owner of Stephens .The co called me to do work at a hancock fabrics they sent work order ,did the work ,6/21/14 on 11/8/14 they wanted me to do J.C.Pennys ask about the payment on first job. Was told they would check in to it. did the 2nd job. still have not been pd. all paper work has been sent three times W9/ liability ins/ work agreement. still have no payment on either one, Ive been told all paperwork had been processed, told they did not have paperwork, need to send paperwork, check is in the process of being sent july,august,sept,nov, dec, jan.I do work for 43 other co and this is not a proffesional way to do buisness Farmingdale New York

Sandy from Louisburg, please stop slandering my name, along with my colleagues, on Ripoff Report.  Your complaint is false.  All of your regularly scheduled maintenance payments were paid on time and you were actually forwarded your entire check registry for a year, showing full payments.  At no point did I lie to you.

While I did not specifically work with you (which is why your slander is unwarranted), when you contacted me to tell me you were missing a payment for an irrigation project, I told you that it would be researched and resolved.  You were partially paid and promised the balance of the payment, which I submitted and was queued for processing.  It is my understanding that you completed this project 4 months after it was originally scheduled, though again, we only spoke once.

You were actually TERMINATED, not paid, at the request of the client.  As you have been paid in full and emailed evidence of payment in full, I request that you please stop slandering myself and my colleagues.

I own a landscape company based out of wake forest NC. My company maintains BB&T Bank in Louisburg NC for Ferrandino. I sent invoice November 1st 2014 for work preformed in October and it is now February 2nd and still not paid. Nothing but lies and excuses from Basil, Shayna, and Angela all who are employed by Ferrandino. Well today I put my foot down and I went to BB&T corporation and now I am going to receive all of my money owed by the 5th of February ONLY because BB&T got involved. Ferrandino is a poorly run company that continues to lie. BB&T Bank I will not stop in till you fire ferrandino! !!
