We owned an existing Timeshare. Thinking we would like to change locations we spoke to the Sales Office at PepperTree Resorts. What we were told and what has occured is a disaster. Nothing is as what was promised and trying to contact them is impossible. If there is a way to get out of this contract I would certainly like to know how!!! I hope folks who read this will take heed.

Festiva Resorts I got a phone call from the marketing company for Festiva, I was told that we could get two nights on the beach at PepperTree in Atlantic Beach. they cancelled the reservation the day before we were to go down there and they still have our money that was taken from our bank account. When I called them I was given phone numbers that was bogus. Asheville North Carolina
