Fidelity Lending Group loan, bad credit, lending Delray Beach Florida

On 12/28/2007, Jacob Parker of Fidelity Lending called and offered an unsecured loan in the amount of $5,000.00 at 6% Per Annum with a payment of $117.26 over a 48 month period.

I asked if there was a "Fee" and he stated there is not a fee, however the private lender would like a down payment of the first nine months totalling $938.08 USD.

After extensive research I found Ripoff Report and saw that I was almost out an entire paycheck. I was ready to give it all away. Thank you.
