Hi Everyone,

Please beware of this company! FIDELITY LENDING GROUP Everything seems very professional, very polite smooth talking agents (well so I thought).

I wanted a personal loan so with things being so easy now day I applied on line. This man by the name of Gary Olsen (EXTENTION 229) called saying I was approved for $5,000. I said wonderful and we proceeded from there, was told I needed to go to a fax machine to recieved the 5 page contract. Contract looked legal.

Read them over and over to make sure. All the wording seemed right, so I figured why not. So I called Mr. Olsen to get the information where I needed to send $900, said I had to send it person to person on a red form (moneygram) to Ms. Dorothy Baker (accounts recievable clerk with the private lender). Soon as he said Canada the doubt rushed back to my thoughts.

So I right away started asking point blank question and he answered each one with no hesitation, so I never gave it another thought until I was talking with someone and was told they done something similiar a few years ago.

So the RED flag was flying high and my gut instinct told me something was very wrong. So I got on the internet and started doing some research well low and behold things just started popping up. First site was this one right here, well that was it for me. After talking with Gary Olsen again and him giving me his word that he had a family with 2 children and would NEVER ripe anyone off. Also said he would never work for a company that would practice illegal transactions like this, I told him about the things on the internet about this company and he replied "well anyone can say nasty things about a company on the internet.

I in turn called a Delray Beach Police Dept and filed a report. Also called Linton Towers which handles the leases in the build and according to the lease manager there is not and has never been any company by that name in there building. Called some place that does the banking regulation and they confirmed no company is listed by that name. Found out the toll free number is listed to some other person (just giving you the first name of Steve) and the faux number is listed as Global Crossing Local Service. I also called the BBB and was told they had a report filed on 12/17/07 against this company and that they are going to investigate there practices Last but not least I have placed a call to the Attorney General to file a complaint.

Fortunely I listened to inner thought and I didn't loose anything other than a alittle pride for being to trusting. Please pass this one to everyone so no one else get hurt. Money is to hard to come by these days for theives to take specially right under your own nose.
