Fidelity Life Quoted one price & deducted a higher price. Des Plaine Illinois

I was quoted $31.00 for a life insurance policy.  After a physical, a $43.33 amount was deducted from my account without my consent and without asking if it was ok or when I wanted to start policy.

I contacted the co. & was told to fax them a statement to discontinue the policy.  I did so immediately but never got a refund.  I contacted them again & was told I had to specify that I wanted a refund.  

I did this immed. also but have never received any money back.  They were contacted once more & said I did not respond in time to get a refund.
