Their agent told me I could get s 1,000,000 of term life insurance (20 yr term)for $240 per month if I took a physical & $ 260 a month if I didnt want to take a physical.When the policy came it was only for $500,000  for $260 a month contingent on a physical. I was told depending on physical my premium could be as low as $208 per month / $1,000,000 coverage....so I took the physical and almost 3 months later I still havn't recieved an answer,  despite doing all the necessary paperwork. When I called to cancel lo & behold they tell me im approved but she cant tell me the cost because shes not a licensed agent ....then she proceeds to tell me my agent has since been fired (how convenient) & she will have a licensed agent contact me...well 3 days later , with no word from anyone,I call & cancel because if I have this much hassle GETTING a policy , I can just imagine how much problem my beneficiaries will have collecting a death claim from this flim-flam outfit. Then the snippy woman (Dorothy) in customer service tells me that my premiums cannot be refunded despite the aggravation they have caused me and the sheer deceitful business practices her company is practicing! If they do this to enough people they are committing fraud on an enornous scale.
