File Late Chareged me $31.97 and didnt provide my tax return Internet

I submitted my NY state tax return for 2008 on filelate.com on 04/23/2011 and paid $31.97 for their services. I was told my return will be ready in 2 days and I will able to download the tax return in 2 business days and then I have to mail to NY state tax dept.

I patiently waited for 2 days and when I didnt see any tax return on website, I opened an issue ticket no 87785 on their website on 04/25/2011. I opened another issue ticket 87991 on 04/27/2011. No one got back to me or even had a courtesy to send an email saying someone is working on my case.

I later found an online chat and I talked to CSR named Victor on 04/27/2011.He told me my return will be up in 15 minutes. I waited whole day but to no avail.

I again did online chat on 04/28/2011 and I talked again to Victor. He told me to wait for a moment and didnt return back.

I'm now very sure that I'm not going to get my tax return from them. I wish I can get my money refunded but then it's almost impossible to get hold of them.

FileLate.com is a Total farud company. please avoid doing business with them.
