File Late www.filelate.com FileLate charged me $39.97 and did not provide a copy of my tax return Internet

I thought this would be a legitimate way to get a copy of my 2009 income tax return that my ex-husband would not give me a copy of.  I needed it for my FAFSA application so I could start school this summer semester.  Well I should have Googled their company name first and I should have known better not to.  After talking to the IRS today I found out that I could get a FREE transcript of my tax return.  So I went that route.  Well it turns out that my ex-husband did not put me on our income tax return even though we were still married.  So I did not file a return.   When using FileLate's on-line form I entered 0 as my AGI and it didn't go through.  I also "chatted" with Victor.  I requested a refund stating that I would not be able to use their service.  He suggested I call a 1-800 number to which I did.  I left a message and of course no one has returned my call.  I also filed a ticket through their website and have also received no response.  The phone number on their website (1--877-LATE-FILE) is not even legitimate.  RIPOFF!!!  Lesson Learned... always do your homework...
