File late This is a SCAM! I filed my taexes with them, they charged my credit card and now say they have no record of my tax returns. They will not refund my $$ without an email confirmation which they never se , Internet

I files my taxes on January 27th. The website is set up that you have to complete the entire return before bringing you to the credit card info to charge you. I completed everything and 4 days later, on Jan 31st, the fee of $59.97 was deducted from my card. I have since submitted a "ticket" on this website as I have not found any way to check the status of my return on the website. File Late responded by email telling me to refile but when I refiled it wanted to recharge me another $59.97. So I called the #702-421-0780 provided in the email and "Janice", who answered the phone with just a "hello"(no company greeting) said they have no record of my payment even though I had my credit account up online and giving her the information that indeed it was File Late that had charged my account. The # provided on my credit card account is 1-801-765-9400 which is FileLate.

Lyons, the rebuttal says "We have also provided your tax return to you for free which we did manage to find."
January 27th did you really have your W2 that fast? If this website didn't have you at least fax it to them, they are a scam
What I really see from their website is they don't provide an address or even say they are in the US. Their site is on fastdomain and they only have a toll free number.
If I were you I would now pay for identity theft insurance and triple check my return.

We pride ourselves in differentiating ourselves from our competitors like turbotax by offering an actual phone support at no cost.
Again, we apologize for the difficulty on our end in locating your file while on the phone; there were two accounts that were originally created and hindered our ability to find the one which we did successfully process as normal. Your 2006 1040 order was actually ready to print by simply logging back into your account and clicking on the link that says, "Click here to print your return." From there you may download and save it to your computer and print it out to mail off. We have included a cover letter addressing where you are to mail your tax return.
We express our sincere sorries that your experience with us was not the best and in the professional manner we would have hoped. If there is any assistance we can still provide, please do not hesitate to notify us in how we can do so.
