Files Express files express Rip Off Internet

I was looking for a free source for a book of specifications I need for work. I found Files-netexpress.com offered free downloads of the product I needed. I registered, and then was required to pay a nominal regitration fee to help maintain their servers.

I completed the payment screen and clicked on the "Click Here for Instant Access" button and the website responded with a failure screen. I suspected fraud and called my credit card company. A $1.00 charge had been attempted from a foreign country so the credit card company denied the charge until I could verify the transaction. Obviously, I did not.

I had to cancel my credit card and wait for new ones to arrive. Beware.
