Files Express myfiles-express.com misleads customers into thinking its a database of files. bait-and-switch Internet

I was looking to download a specific file for class because my book hadn't arrived yet. Files Express claimed to have the file on hand. They required a 2 dollar sign-up fee. Seemed like a small price to pay to get my homework rolling. I payed it.

After signing-up, the file was no longer available. I searched again for it. Couldn't find it. Hit the 'back' button, and tried to download it that way. Didn't work. Just brought me to a search result for Different Web Pages.

Did some searching for other files just to see what was up, and sure enough, all Files Express does is search other web sites. Essentially I payed for a search engine. It's a trick. Luckily I only spent 2 dollars, but I fear for the people who get tricked into a 'life time membership.'

They do not have a database to download from. They offer no actual service. It's purely a trick. Do not be tricked like I was. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
