Well lets see, where should i start, i did a job on Oct 3rd today is now Oct 18th and work order still shows "pending close" So they say it has not yet been closed, yet they billed the customers credit card??
I have placed numerous calls to findacomputerguy.com trying a certain extension "2" which voicemail box is full (pissed off techs)
I do get a voice sometimes when i try other extensions and have heard the following "i will forward your message, it will close in 10 days, let me open a trouble ticket" and various other BS.
From what I have read on the web, i will have to contact my collection company for them to seek payment, this is just absured. Has anyone taken any legal action againist these guys yet?
