 I made a down pmt, on a ring. Whenreceived I paid it off. Got a bill for the balance and a lot of phone calls. I got discusted and called them and asked for my new balance. I paid it again. I just received a bill for an additional balance. I was also promised a 30" X 60" throw as a bonus which I did not receive.

After a brief but harsh and demanding battle of the wits the customer service rep. agreed to waive all other charges and close my account.
