Finger hut, sold me 2 defective comforters, the Black one was returned as it had 1000-pin holes in it and stuffing coming out. They exchanged it for a Grey comforter,and it was also defective, they refused to take back for credit, I closed my acct. with $80.oo left on it, they put a $144. un-paid on my credit report, I filed complaints to BBB, costomer protection, FTC, atterney general in MN. then they added even more money to a CLOSED acct. to my credit report, 1st. it was $80. due-refused to pay what I do not owe--then it went to $144. on my credit report,again I will not pay what I do not owe--now it is $147.--+$43. on a closed acct. on my credit report, when does this stop? How can you add moneys to a closed acct. on my credit report?

It all sounds a bit convoluted but you did say you wanted to return an item for credit which they refused to accept. That might be a starting point. One word however regarding the BBB. The BBB is NOT part of any government body and has ZERO power to do anything! The only purpose of their BS is to SELL their PHONEY accreditations to anyone who wants to buy one. They are EXACTLY like a place which will sell a phoney college degree to hang on your wall to impress your friends. The more appropriate name is "BBB-BS" because they are nothing more than an on-going consumer/business scam!
