Firehouse Promotions FALSE ADVERTISEMENT 3122 Avenue of the Cities Moline, IL 61265 USA

Firehourse Productions is a total joke and waste of money.  We are a chain of Urgent Cares and were asked if we wanted a 4x4 add on their "white board magnet" memo boards... It was $1250 for the 4x4 ad and seemed to be a good deal, thinking that we would receive actual white boards. Fat chance!  The "white board magnets" arrived today.  My initial reaction was to laugh and then I became annoyed.  

The infamous "whie board magnets" are an 8 1/2x11 cardstock laminated paper with 3 magnets on the back...  It is the worst laminating I have seen in my life, the paper is peeling away from the laminate, the paper is not centered, the magnets are falling off, and there are air bubbles in all 10 of the samples.  I could've done a better job myself!! 

After calling both offices and leaving messages without a reply, I was given two email addresses for customer service... This is where it gets better.  After sending an email that reads similar to what I've written here, this was the response I received, 

"I do apologize for the quality of the work that you received.  I can sure have them redone and sent out asap.  Our product is described on both our invoices and our website as 8 ½ x 11 laminated dry erase board. Not white boards.  There are also samples viewable on the website that are actual products that we have produced.  Again I do apologize for the quality that you received and I will get them redone appropriately and sent out to you."

No where on their website does it say "laminated" dry earse board, and my invoice says I paid for a 4x4 ad, nothing about a laminated dry earse board.

I feel like an idiot that I was dooped by these fools.  They do not have a refund policy.  Don't waste your time, always do your research.
