First American Home Buyers Protection Paid the $55 dollar fee and took 3 days off from work to wait for an AC technician come and fix my furnace but noone showed up. , Van Nuys, California, California

I put a request for AC problem and a technican came and said he "fixed" the problem. The next day the furnace started leaking more than ever and the leak keep damaging the carpet. I called First American First American Home Buyers Protection and waited almost an hour on the phone just to speak with someone. They told me someone will come and fix it. I took a day off from work and no one showed up. I called them again and they promised me someone will come and I waited again and no one came. I paid the $55 dollar fee and took two days off, still my furnace is leaking and damaging my carpet. This is not right.
