First Capital Consumer is a dirty SOB ripoff. Bel Air, Internet

Dear Sirs: On April 5, 2002 First Capital Consumers took $199.00 from my checking account for a Visa Card for $2,500.00 line of credit. From that day to this which is Sept. 8,2002 I have had nothing from them except in July finally got a hold of a man name John who told me to fax a copy of bank statement showing my money was sent to them, which i did try to do but their fax number is constantly busy.

Not only has my phone bill gone up trying to contact these people but now every day since July the fifth I get in my car and go to meijer's to try to fax my paper. This John promised my account would be credited for the $199.00 but he forgot to tell me the fax number was just as useless as the customer service phone number. If you could help me in anyway get my money returned, I would be grateful.
