First Capitol Consumers AKA First Capital Consumers crooks, lied, fraud, false promises, rip off, scam con artists BEL AIR Maryland

I recieved my "friendly phone call" on or about March 1st 2002. The very first thing they said to me was that my name and phone number was given to them by another Credit Card Company (and they even named the Company) that recently turned me down. They continued to explain that EVERYONE is approved by THEIR company. They immediately got my trust because they had me believing that a company that I contacted had given then my name. Now that I look back, even though I cannot remember the name of the credit card company, I have a feeling that they used some name that would have been like a "mother company" to a credit card company that I may have applied with. In any case I bought it. It sounded so great that I gave them the phone number of a friend, he also accepted the offer. He didn't have a checking account so I let him use mine. They told me that they would be taking the mony out of my checking account on the 12th and when they didn't that became our first clue that something might not be right. Then, when they FINALLY did take the money I didn't expect it and I got overdraft charges. From that day forward I worried because the only name on the statement was FIRST CAPITOL CONS, and I had NO IDEA who these people were. Finally weeks later I got this packet in the mail, not a credit card, as promised. My friend got the same packet on the same day. I decided to do a little research on the computer, since I had a name now, and after I typed in the name SCAM, FRAUD, and all kinds of scarey stuff popped up.
