First Extended Service Corporation Worst extended warranty company I have ever had Dallas Texas

I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 pick-up. I bought the best warranty that First Extended Service Corp. had to offer. Every problem I have ever had with the vehicle minus a ground wire for the power seats, has been turned down for coverage by this company.

If your part is not listed verbatim, this company will pretty much tell you to go to hell. I have tried to talk to management on several occasions and have been told, there not available or they are off that day.

Today July 21 2004 I am having an issue with the fuel sending unit. I have been told by three mechanics that the fuel sending unit is part of the fuel pump, which is covered under my contract. For some reason, the warranty company seems to think that they are two seperate parts.

I payed $1800 for this worthless contract and I would appreciate any kind of negative report or justice you guys can do for me.
