We Puchase Our Home Three Years ago.My husband was excited to surprise me before the birth of our new son.We move in the house a month before closing.We had already discuss if we don't move before the baby then we won't for a while.We closed on the house before the baby the seller was suppose to come back to finish work but never did.Our payment was 687.98 we paid for 2 years good payments went to try to refinance before our rate adjust and couldn't.We found out that the house was over appraised 20,000 dollars.

So i contact the attorney general office and filed a report.They informed me that they only can take his liscense but they couldn't get me any money. I couldn't get the house refinance because we old more than the house was worth.I contact FF they told me that it wasn't nothing they can do but we sell the house for what we can get but we pay the rest.I have refer this seller several people and come to find out we all is in the same position.

First franklin really is a company that pretends to help people and don't.Very deceiving,manipulating company.We had a hardship need help getting back on track they took forever.Pretending they wasn't getting our check stubs etc. We was under the impression that our new payment was gonna be 699.87.Which was that bad come to find out they decive us even in the paper work.Our new payment just about double.I wasn't pulling in the money i was in the retail industry due to the economy is very bad.A company like this is why.So we Refuse to struggle with this payment of deception more than what we can afford.

So now we in Foreclosure and don't know whst to do or where to go.We had a very good credit score.Which now we don't know what it is or what to do.My Husband I are very stress out we would like to keep our home.We would like and help or words of advice.We go and meet with a nonprofit organization this week.I believe GOD for Favor and help to work it out in our favor with this corrupt company.We need to be relieve of this pressure.Help all of us Lord who have been deceive by this corrupt company in Jesus name Amen......
