FIRST FRANKLIN / HOME LOAN SERVICES First Franklin Stalled short sale and wanted us to Foreclose per bail out Pitsburgh Pennsylvania

We were told we could do a short sale and to make a long story short. I never had the same person twice. We had a buyer for the home and the amount was accepted by First Franklin and then they kept changing the amount twice until they raised it so high that they no longer were approved for the amount. This all was stalled out with the short sale for 10 months.

This company is owned now by Bank of America who owns Merrill lynch and so on.

* I was told they would rather this would go into foreclosure than a short sale this would be better for the bank bail out.

* All my short sale information that was faxed, mailed and emailed in was shredded.

* The first short sale amount was higher than what they received after they foreclosed on us

* They were rude to myself and the buyer who wanted the home. They never wanted to help us but stall us

* They hung up on me.

* They lost my paperwork and said they never received info.

They still will not talk to me.I have written disputed what has been put on my credit bereau to
