I'm posting the pics of Dan Date and his wife Richell Gregorios aka Jessyka Date along with their callcenter agents who are in cahoots with them.  These are the brains behind the scam FIRSTHOUSEFINANCIAL.  This company promises its customers to be able to get pre-forclosed homes and even own their own house below the market value.  After the customer signs up for an intial $199 fee, they will be left hanging in the air and will never be heard off again...EVER!! 

This company is NOT legally registered in the US and the money made from daily transactions are funneled to the Commonwealth of Dominica for tax evasion purposes.

The listings that they advertise on craigslist was GRABBED from forclosures.com and the terms and conditions were also copied from realtytrac.com. 

The couple is known to be hiding in jmi village which is located in Iloilo City, a small island off Panay in the Philippines.  Inside their home is where their base of operations is located.  Dozens of agents work 7 days a week in this boiler room extracting money from helpless americans seeking to rent or rent and own their dream homes.

Dan Date is also known to belittle his Filipino employees and sometimes would beat up his wife in front of their employees.  He has absolutely no respect for Philippine culture and has even made fun of victims of the recent Typhoon Haiyan and thinks he can run his illegal business with ABSOLUTE IMPUNITY.

Its time to send this couple to where they REALLY BELONG...in JAIL!!  They should be stopped dead on their tracks before they steal more money from helpless Americans whose only dream is to own their own home.
