First House Financial LIARS, CON-ARTISTS, RIP-OFFS, SCAMMERS! San Francisco California

 When I heard about First House Financial they made it seem like they had access to all the homes and that you could go for a walk-through at any time.  He said click on the houses I wanted to see and someone would contact me to set up an appointment.  Of course I never got that call.

I called them back saying no one has responded to my requests to see the homes.  First, they pretent that they are going to get in touch with the bank for you and see why they are not responding to your request.  Then, I was informed that I needed to contact the homeowners with a template of a letter they already had.  Once I realized what the program was really about I immediately requested a refund and was told that I would have to wait 90 days.

These people are nothing less than con-artists! 

My 90-day waiting period is up and I've been calling all morning.  Guess what?  When I call I get the automated message advising which prompts to press.  Well, I never get anyone.  I am then holding for somone to take my call, which so far no one has then the call is just dropped.  This has happened so far about 5 times.

I am going to continue to try calling and I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. I work for a law firm but the attorneys I work for are extremely busy and I am reluctant to get them involved because of this.  I just want my money back PERIOD.

The homes they have listed are not theirs, this is no special listing.  Foreclosed homes listings is public information.  If I had known what this was, I never would have signed up.  It's funny how when you call to cancel, they block you from their site immediately, but you can't immediately get your refund from these people.
