It turns out that Richell Gregorios aka Jessyka Date, also goes by the name Richie Barrioga. I'm guessing Richie is short for Richell. This is the name she originall used as the registrant name for the FirstHouseFinancial.com website.

 I will be posting a screenshot I found proving this.

First House Financial is a fraudulent company run by Daniel Date: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6OkXEFEOJiqtuLePcmt_uw and Richell Gregorios and they are living in the Phillipines. The company is fraudulent. The Better Business Bureau really can't do anything about it because they are out of the country. 

You need to do research before you do business with companies like this, especially when you came across the company via an ad on craigslist that doesn't even have the company name on the ad.

There are numerous complaints against this company all over the internet. A quick google search will turn them up. And the reason this company continues to survive is because of people who refuse to check into anything before they give them their money.

Please let this be a lesson to you and be sure to do your homework next time. I'm sorry your money was taken, but you really need to check into this kind of thing before you hand money over like this.
