First National Bank Of Omaha They seem to be trying to cause default!!! Omaha Nebraska

Got a letter from First National Bank of Omaha (unsigned) stating that they were lowering my limit from $15,700 to $13,350 as of Appril 15th, 2008. Said that they checked Experian. Experian has me as good, no collections, no negatives and never late on any payment. Raised my Cash advance fee to 53.48%! Also raised payment fromabout $250.00 to a whopping $354.00. Cannot pay it. Seems like they are trying to cause default. Am calling them. I am a victim of Hurricane Katrina and disabled Social Security and private pension> I have been using card to buy and sell stuff to make payments! As hobby. I don't file taxes. I cannot believe it. They lowered my limit to almost I owe!
