FIRST NATIONAL CREDIT RIPOFF-MISLEADING- NO 800 NUMBER-HARD TO CONTACT consumer fraud ripoff Aliso California

March 2002-Received an offer for PREAPPROVED- 0% CREDIT CARD-$15,000 limit. I have never paid a RUSH-processing fee and REGRET I did this time in the amount of $43.00 by mail. Received their package-it was a catalogue ! It was not for cash advances, Balance transfers or store purchases ! I called their Customer Order #-they do not give out an 800#. This was the only way to contact to cancel & request refund. They REQUIRE you to mail back their Catalogue & the Plastic card cut in half........if you do not , you do not get a refund. April 2002-I returned their "package offer"-Priority Mail/ return receipt. July 2002- I searched the web for their site-NO PHONE #'s They do not give out 800 phone number on their paper materials or the web. Finally got their phone number. July 3, 2002 CALLED THEM Their phone options are ridiculous too! At my expense I had to listen to how "extremely busy they were at this time" also Without entering a card or member # you cannot even talk to anyone! Luckily I have a copy of mine- Their associate "DAVID told me my refund was processed May 30th, allow 4-6 weeks before I receive it. THIS IS A RIP OFF-MISLEADING-DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE!
